How to approach blank canvas venue floors

Very often blank canvas venue floors are perfect for events. Maybe they’ll have wooden floors or concrete floors. However, perhaps it’s a terrible hotel ballroom with a hideously swirly pattern on the carpet, or a venue with flooring that you mustn’t damage (like a sports hall) and you need to add your own flooring. You can easily lay some exhibition carpet or a vinyl (which comes in practically any colour you like).

Here are some other ideas of different floor surfaces that you can employ to to suit a theme – sand, vinyl, green carpet or grass, white carpet for weddings, or cool themed parties, painted or vinyl stickers on floor…

Dance floors

If you’re having a party, why not have a spectacular dance floor; wooden dance floors are just so boring and pointless. Create a centrepiece that everybody will want to strut their stuff on.
